Tara Reid-Laframboise has an extensive background in mental health, youth residential and court appointed supervised parenting time for parents and children. She has spent her career working in diversified roles including co owner, management, front line and trainer. She is a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner as well as a certified trainer for Non-Violent Crisis Intervention. Tara speaks at a mandatory information program for individuals going through the family court process. She holds a BA in Psychology from Trent University. Tara is previously co-owner of Reid and McKinnon Supervised Access Services and in 2016 has merged services with Brayden Supervision.
Leanne Oliver is responsible for all company administrative and financial processes and procedures including coordinating all service requests. Leanne comes to Brayden after having worked in a number of small businesses providing administrative and financial duties. At Brayden Leanne works closely with the Service Directors to ensure that all information is conveyed in a timely fashion, that service requests are responded to in a professional manner and that all personal policies are adhered to fully.
Beckie Stewart is an experienced child and family services professional with more than 25 years of supporting children, youth, and families. She studied Psychology at the University of Western Ontario and holds an Honours Diploma in Child and Youth Work from Centennial College. Throughout her career, Beckie has held both frontline and leadership roles within the child welfare, children's mental health, and healthcare sectors. Her experience has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of child development, family dynamics, and the complex personal, legal, and relational challenges families may face during times of conflict and transition. Beckie is committed to delivering compassionate, collaborative, and family-centred support. Guided by the values of professionalism, respect, and integrity, she is dedicated to ensuring that children's safety, well-being, and meaningful relationships remain the priority in every family she supports.
Debbie Sliwinski (on leave, returning February 2026) is a certified Child and Youth Counselor, with over forty year’s experience. Her particular focus is in the areas of children's mental health, child welfare, and trauma. Debbie has worked on child and youth psychiatric units, and she has managed a children's mental health residence, day treatment and a community mental health program for transitional-aged youth with major mental illness. Debbie has been a part-time faculty at three community colleges for over twenty years. She has done trainings for Safeguard's and presented at many national and international conferences. Debbie has been an accreditation site reviewer for Children's Mental Health Ontario. For a number of years Debbie held the executive director position for Ontario Association of Child and Youth Counselors. She has been on many local and international boards. Debbie is presently a board member of Supervised Visitation Network, an international membership organization of professionals who provide supervised visitation and parenting time services to families. As well she sits on the board of the Ontario Chapter.
Bill Carty CYW, MBA, president of Brayden Supervision Services Inc., is the owner/operator of a number of companies that provide care and treatment services to people who have special and unique needs. For the first 28 years of his career he worked in children’s mental health and child welfare with not-for-profit organizations. He has taught, both full-time and part-time, in two Child and Youth Work programs in Ontario. Bill is the father of seven children and grandfather of nine. Recently Bill opened a retail store in Clarksburg, Ontario offering garage sale items.
